Wow! Just listened to Freddie Gibbs project, 'You Only Live 2wice' and i'm somewhat impressed. Not sure if it's an EP or a LP but all in all it's a solid project. Since it only has 8 tracks i'm going to judge it as an EP. Freddie Gibbs is one of the most underrated rappers in the game probably due to his lack of commercial success. He definitely is lyrically inclined and is one step away from reaching his true potential. If he had a producer that really connected with him, I feel he could show the Hip Hop game how good he really is. This EP has some spotlight bright moments and if you appreciate lyricism with gangsta intuition it is a must listen. Not sure if I would tell you to come out your pocket for this project, but if you get a chance, see what Freddie is talking about. Detailed track info provided below.
