Rick Ross - Rather You Than Me

This is the BEST Rick Ross album so far. All tracks are fiyah!! It seems like Rozay gets better with every album. He has an amazing ear and you can tell he knows exactly how he wants an album to sound. I was a little worried because of how many features were on it, but it works...it really is an incredible project. 'Rather You Than Me' is Hip Hop. The smoothness of the production compliments the flows he chooses for each track. One thing I am really impressed with is how honest Rick Ross has become on his projects. I guess as a vet in the game, he feels like he can say what he wants about who he wants. This is especially displayed on tracks like "Idols Become Rivals" and "Scientology". I am also starting to become accustomed to Nas being featured on Rick Ross's projects and vice versa. It's kinda strange that they have such a good chemistry. This album has somethin for everybody; dopeboys, d-girls, hip hop nerds, club hoppers, stoners, whoever. It truly is a complete album. You may like certain tracks more than others depending on your vibe or mode, but you definitely are not skipping any songs on here. Cop it or be a square. Carol City all day!
